As a leadership team we have identified three key areas where you can help:

Administration Team - Duties
- Set up registration email and phone line
- Send reminder out day before registration deadline
- Gather information from email and phone line and input it into registration sheet.
- Designate pews per registration (Alcove will be used for drop-in overflow)
- Put bulletin and children packages in pews – per registration
- Bi-weekly commitment – two teams of 2

Ushers Team - Duties
- Arrive 30 minutes before the service
- Set up table in lobby with hand sanitizer and registration list
- Escort people to designated pews according to the registration list
- Escort people out of the church after service in orderly fashion
- Monitor bathroom during the service
- Once per month commitment – four teams of 3

Cleaning Team - Duties
- Arrive 45 minutes before the service
- Wipe down pews, bannisters and doorknobs surrounding church sanctuary prior to and after the service
- Once per month commitment – four teams of 3
