The Ministry Development Pastor’s primary role is to support – to motivate, inspire, and engage members of the church to grow in their Christian walk and participate in service to the church and community. The Ministry Development Pastor oversees the church's day-to-day operations to ensure things are running smoothly while supporting and working closely with the Senior Pastor, the drive the fulfillment of ministry priorities at the church.
