Since the July membership vote to move forward in a Joint Venture Agreement with Castlepoint Numa, the many details of the agreement are being resolved. We have been well represented in these discussion by Derek Ballantyne and our lawyer, John Fox.
One by one, most issues have been resolved, but at the present time the focus is on the following: · Temporary space renovation costs
- Funds available to make a functional space.
- If project costs escalate – How does this affect the church?
- Parking – How much will the church own and how much will we share?
- Adjacent Land Development (Metrolinx lands) – How will it benefit the church?
- Directors and Officers liability insurance – How will this be covered?
