In the midst of the pandemic your Habar Steering Group continues to work through the plans for the church re-development. There have been many unexpected hurdles, but Castlepoint and Derek Ballantyne have continued to provide the expertise and guidance needed. The process has become very complex and we appreciate the prayer support that everyone has provided.
- The unexpected redesign to accommodate a city storm sewer was a setback.
- Accommodating all of the church's needs in a reduced space is a challenge
- Budgeting for continued increases in construction costs is on-going.
God has offered this opportunity to the church and has demonstrated that he will see the church through to fruition. But, we also know that there are spiritual forces that do not want the church to move forward.
