Coming... Our 2ND ANNUAL GOLF FORE REFUGEES

We are currently beginning to plan the 2 nd Annual Golf FORE Refugees Charity Golf Classic in support of
Adam House and we would love to have WPBC Members involved in as many ways as possible to make
this event a huge success and support those who are coming to Canada with very little, looking to start a
new chapter in their lives.

IMPORTANT: Here is the great thing about getting involved, you don’t have to be a “GOLFER” and it
doesn’t matter if you have never played the game of golf. All you need is to have desire for fellowship
and a desire to see God’s work being done for people who require assistance at a challenging time in
their lives.

What are we currently looking for?

Committee Members o People who would meet a few times before the event and lend their area of expertise to
planning our event. You would help us make important decisions around marketing and
advertising and would be there for the event to ensure it is a huge success.

Specialty Task o Do you have a particular area of expertise like marketing, advertising, outreach,
fundraising? Maybe you can’t commit to being a committee member but would like to
assist by completing singular tasks that assist the overall organization of the event.

We have many things to be done prior to our event and want to bring many new faces onboard to assist
with the event but also to create a great sense of fellowship. Once again, whether or not you play golf,
are interested in golf, we all have a special skill and its those skills we are looking to bring togethers.
