ESL Classes

We are excited to share the possibility of starting an ESL program in our church in partnership with the Spanish and Brazilian churches. There is a wonderful opportunity for us to reach out and connect with the broader community and not just provide a service to individuals but to share the joy of knowing God our Savior.

We are looking for 2-3 volunteers that have an interest in teaching an evening ESL class and have experience working and/or volunteering in a diverse environment. If you have a gift for teaching, program planning and a desire to mentor others we have the perfect spot for you.

Responsibilities include:
• Help students learn English grammar, pronunciation and conversational skills
• Help create lesson plans and activities
• Provide ESL materials and instructions to other teaching volunteers
• Provide support as needed to teaching volunteers in the Spanish and Brazilian church
