Our application to the City of Toronto is going to the Etobicoke-York Council (Etobicoke Civic Centre, 399 West Mall) for approval Monday, November 13th at 1:30pm. After an extended period of time, and much work dedicated to meeting the requirements of the City, the Council is considering our application.
