Norm offers himself to encourage leaders to listen to God individually, in small groups, in retreats, and fellowship events.
For the past 32 years Norm has directed Touchstone Ministries. Norm offers, encourages and teaches friendship in Christ among business, political and spiritual leaders. Norm has been working to develop an ever-expanding circle of friends who are committed first and foremost to love God with their whole heart, soul, mind and strength. He has been used to nurture a family of leaders whose desire is that their sole identity is in Christ and their leadership emerges from this.
Central to this work is the responsibility to be advocates for the poor. Norm was a founding partner of Opportunity International Canada and is an informal chaplain to Prison Fellowship International.
Yonge Street Mission, Sanctuary, World Vision, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army are also part of Norm’s friendship circle.
In 2012 released his book Spiritual Friendship the Art of being Friends With God and a few Others
