As we finish the Advent and Christmas seasons we turn to the angel's ecstatic proclamation to the shepherds of our Saviour's birth. Indeed, the angel sings out three names which describe the holy child: Saviour, Christ, & Lord. Each of the names focus on different characteristics of the baby king which will ultimately clear the way for our salvation. Beginning this new year of 2023 may we wholeheartedly place our faith (as the shepherds) in the newborn King of all kings.
