The post-Easter season is a time for serious reflection on our journey of faith. In light of Jesus' resurrection will we commit ourselves to a life of discipline and perseverance? It is this probing question that the writer of Hebrews asks the early church community. Likewise, will we as the contemporary church engage the training that is necessary to manifest a discipleship practice of spiritual maturity or do we settle for one of mediocrity?
