Luke presents the ministry of Paul and Barnabas as a partnership with the Spirit of God. The apostles are busy in preaching, healing, fasting and praying; the Lord is active in opening doors of faith. Such a partnership between the Lord and the church of Christ is the ongoing model for the Kingdom of God.
