Honest to God

The prophet Jeremiah illustrates for us what it means to have an honest and authentic relationship with god even during challenging times. His dialogue with God is not one of mere acquiescence but of a vigorous exchange as he plays the role of mediator between God and the nation of Israel. As we reflect on this exchange we also find solid footing for our own faith as we make our way in these demanding days.
